E1 pro is not detected in QNAP QVRpro

Hello Reolink World Does anyone succeed to add Reolink E1 PROn in QNAP QVR pro ? I tried with brand/model where Reolink E1Pro is listed in QVR pro Database... no luck I also tried all ONVIF profile... same issue. Any idea? Many thanks Fred
